Shipping & Returns Shipping All live animals are shipped via an overnight service (FedEx or UPS). Shipping fees for live animals start at $35.00. You can receive a shipping quote before finalizing your order during checkout. Additional shipping fees may be required on orders before they can be shipping, if this occurs, we will notify you of the new fees before processing your order. Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Your order and payment must be received by Tuesday at 6:00AM EST in order for it to be shipped that Wednesday or Thursday. Orders received after that time will be shipped on the following Wednesday or Thursday. Please note: In rare cases, some orders may take longer to ship even if they are placed before 6:00AM EST on Tuesday. If this is the case, you will be notified. Shipping fees are NOT refundable! Order Processing It may take several days to process your order, please be patient. Generally we try to get all orders placed before 6:00AM EST on Tuesday out that Wednesday or Thursday, but sometimes, orders can be delayed due to several factors. All orders are shipped in a timely manner. Guarantee We guarantee our herps to be alive and healthy when they arrive at your door. There is NO guarantee of any kind on amphibians!! We can not be held responsible for carrier mishandling or delays. Animals are not guaranteed when they are traveling through areas that are below 40 degrees F or above 95 degrees F. We use heat packs where necessary to ensure your animal will arrive in good health. If a live herp is marked with the letters (NG) it means there is no guarantee of any kind on that animal! DOA's & Problems If your herp should arrive DOA or there is a problem when you receive it, we must be notified via email immediately (within 1 hour of arrival). You may be required to return or send photos of the animal in question at YOUR expense. If we determine there is in fact a problem with your animal, you will be given a credit on your next order with us or a replacement animal will be sent to you with your next order. If we do not hear from you within one hour of arrival, we will assume everything is fine and no replacements or credits will be issued after this time. Returns & Exchanges We do not accept any returns on live animals. All sales are FINAL. Make sure you really want the animal before you purchase it. Out Of Stock Although we do our best to make sure every animal on our website is in stock and available for immediate shipment, it may be possible that an animal is out of stock at the time of purchase. If you happen to purchase an animal that is out of stock, we will notify you and let you know if we will be getting more in and when.
